While rummaging through my little bit of Thanksgiving decorating items I found my golden turkey's that I've used for several years.
I like to set my dining table with a holiday look for everyday viewing.
I also found this runner that was hidden away from a purchase I made at T.J. Maxx last year and forgot about.
It puts me in the holiday mood seeing the turkeys!
I made pumpkin pie the other day because I just had to have a taste of it!
Needless to say we enjoyed it all already!
Gobble Gobble!!
Hi Liz! That is a very handsome looking turkey. Your table looks so pretty and that pie! I love pun'kin pie! :)
ReplyDeleteSo glad you liked my little felties.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Love the turkey...very pretty. Pumpkin pie is my favorite...I like it cold, believe it or not! My godmother told me when I was five that if I learned how to spell pumpkin she would make me a pumpkin pie. Sweets always have been an excellent motivator for me!
ReplyDeleteThe golden turkeys on a pedestal are very nice to give height to a table display. It's been so long since our Canadian thanksgiving that I'm craving pumpkin pie again. Yours looks delicious.
ReplyDeleteLiz,
ReplyDeleteI love your turkeys...and the view into your living room is so pretty..
Love, Mona
Your table looks beautiful! It's a perfect display for Thanksgiving!
ReplyDeleteI wish I had a slice of that pie right now!
I love the turkey and I love the runner sweet Liz. Your table looks so festive for Tksgiving 2013 and so ready for the big FOOD DAY! Yummy pie!

Don't you love to find an item you bought with so much enthusiasm and forgot about only to find it when you JUST needed it?!
ReplyDeleteI do. Best sensation ever...
Happy Thanksgiving, Liz!
That runner is really something special!! Your home is so warm and welcoming!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty and so festive. It's amazing when we put things away, we sometimes forget about them. Love the turkey too and your runner is beautiful. The pie looks yummy.
ReplyDeleteSo very pretty. I love your golden turkeys and that gorgeous basket. Your home looks so gracious and welcoming for your holiday guests. The only problem I see is that you had better make some extra pumpkin pies. They seem to disappear very fast around there.
