Purples and Blues Springtime Tablescape (T)

I was able to reuse my florals from last week.  I cut them down and restaged them in a creamer styled pitcher.

I'm thrilled that the flowers have lasted so long.  A few of them had to be removed but it made for a new look!

I decided that blue would be a good background to help the flowers pop.

I chose my napoleon flatware and drinkware.

I pulled on the colors in the bouquet and layered in some purple and ivory.  I decided to let the dinner plate be the focal point.  I love this pattern!  Collected through T.J. Maxx some years back.

I included this sweet Willow Tree figurine that my daughter in-law gave me last year. I put the pitcher on an upside down soup bowl from my everyday dishes.  It needed a little elevating!

  1. Lovely colors together. The flowers lasting is wonderful. Beautiful fresh flowers in the home certainly make a home cheerful.

  2. Oh Liz, they are lovely. Isn't a white pitcher one of the best things to have? It makes every arrangement seem so fresh -- and it is!

  3. Love the blue and white and touches of light purple. Very pretty. Love your white chippy chargers too.
Nothing like great flowers right now. It all looks wonderful Liz.

  4. Beautiful table, Liz! LOVE the blue tablecloth and dishes!! I wish my cut flowers lasted as long as yours have. Soon, we will have our own flowers from our gardens. Zenda

  5. Such a beautiful tablescape! Love the color combinations and that cute figurine adds that special touch! :)

  6. I love the beautiful table, Liz. The tablecloth and the Johnson Brothers dishes are lovely. I enjoy changing flower arrangements as some wither. I would never have put purple and blue together, but it works beautifully.

  7. Liz, this is a lovely tablescape in contrasting shades of blue and purple. Your centerpiece is so pretty and I do love the Johnson Brothers dinner plates. Wishing you a delightful day!

  8. Liz,

  9. Purples and blues are a lovely pairing. I don't know which I like better -- the dishes or the tablecloth.

  10. Liz,
Such a pretty table and I do love the gentle lavender and blue hues. The classic white pitcher just sets everything off!
    Happy Mother's Day Weekend,

  11. You always do such gorgeous table settings, Liz. Love that you were able to rearrange the flowers--they look great. I love cutting the bad ones out and keeping an arrangement alive as long as I can. Love lavender and blue!!!! xo Diana

  12. Beautiful table Liz. Love the plates and the tablecloth. Your purple touch are perfect and the sweet Willow Tree figure. That was a nice gift from your DIL. Take care. I am sure you are working in your gardens!
