Tartan Mania

So I went to Michael's to check on a few things and suddenly I was aware that they're offering tartan plaids in several items.

I snapped some pictures- aren't these trees cute!

Large and small ribbons

Baskets- these would be cute with those scented pinecones in them or to make a gift basket with!

And this was my favorite- a Tartan Santa!  He is $69.99 but if you use your daily coupons you can get 40 to 50% off.

There were more items but I only took a few pics.  I got Tartan mania just seeing all this!

  1. Tartan plaid has always been appealing to me. That's a special Christmas entry for your blog today. I like the tartan best on those bagpipers.

  2. Hope there was room in your basket for Santa he's a keeper.
Maybe he'll show up in a table scape soon?

  4. Oh I wish we had a Michael's Store in this area. I use to get some really nice things when we lived near Milwaukee. I love anything plaid. It makes for a cozy, rustic feeling. I hope you purchased them all! Ha Ha

  8. OMG Liz, I want those trees. Did they come in any other Tartan colors, did you notice? For some reason I love plaid for Christmas. The basket was pretty too. I'd better get my fanny to Michael's, you think?

  10. I have seen the plaid everywhere too. It all looks so pretty. The trees are awesome. More storage for all of the pretties is needed.
